Our Story

Hue Capital was birthed as “UNFINISHED BUSINESS” for a young visionary itching to end the “CAREER-FRUSTRATION PANDEMIC” plaguing young, rising professionals, globally.

The First Attempt

In 2018, our Founder, Jerlisa “Juju” Fontaine, launched a career events platform called MilleniVision as a “post-grad” solution to furthering her work in the professional development and health & wellness space. Fontaine was tired of hearing people becoming “the first” of anything because it meant that proximity to success was limited for those with lack of access to career and business resources. Unfortunately, MilleniVision was driven by in-person events which meant that COVID put an end to that business.

Changing the Game

Fast Forward to 2024, Hue Capital has a new and improved vision for solving the same problems back in 2018. We have grown into a AI-powered career platform and professional network where our audience can, now, engage with more than just events; they can engage with Huey (our AI Career/Business Advisor), articles, videos, podcasts, community and more. By leveraging the power of media and technology, Jerlisa and her amazing team look forward to sculpting a new way for professionals to connect, learn, and gain opportunity along their career journey.
